Delicious hot beverages shouldn’t hurt.

 

While the perfect cup of coffee should be brewed at 195° to 205°, it should never be drank at such insanely molten hot temperatures.  The reality is, many people drink their coffee at the absolute wrong temperature, often resulting in painful burns and unimpressive flavors.  The roasters have worked hard to deliver you incredible brews with delicate flavor profiles, and by serving coffee at the wrong temperature, you are missing all of it.  Beyond the loss of flavor or risk of burns, studies have shown drinking beverages hotter than 140° may increases the risk of esophageal cancer.
